Don't you hate this...a man can decide he wants to lose weight, quit drinking beer for a month and drop five pounds just like that. Why? Well they say that men are natural weight losers. That a mans life style and eating habits make it easier for him to not gain weight and to drop it when he tries. Sometimes women will go on various diets, different weight loss programs only to find that (a)they have a hard time getting results or( b) the weight comes right back.
Well ladies here are 7 habits that you should incorporate into your life that men do that could help you lose the weight.
1) Men don't usually crave sweets...we don"t need the chocolate, we LIKE it we don't NEED it.
2) Men don't get upset when we screw things up..Emotionally stable, hormones in tact.
3) Men lift heavy weights...extra calorie burn
4) Men do not use food as a therapist...We sulk in silence, you sulk in ice cream
5) Men act out in anger...Hold nothing back, burn a calorie or two in rage.
6) Men make time for themselves...We know how to relax and de-stress ourselves
7) Men don't give up favorite foods...We statsify our cravings and then there is no pigging out when you give in to temptation.
