Z99 is looking for 15 people to join us in the Queen City Ex parade on July 28th. Each contestant will deck themselves out with anything Justin Beiber (I heart JB t-shirts, sashes, a Bieber wig whatever you can think of). During the parade each contestant will carry a sign with their name and the Z99 Text Code. Parade watchers will be able to vote for their favorite "Belieber" by texting the name to 56789. The contestant with the most votes will win a pair of tickets to see Justin Bieber live at the Credit Union Centre on October 16th in Saskatoon!
